Q. The color light show on my candle is flickering on and off. What should I do?
A. Blow out the flame and carefully pour out the liquid wax into a temperature safe container for disposal. Inspect the wick, if it is over 1/2" long and curling to one side, then trim the wick to 1/2". Relight and enjoy. If the color light show is still not operating properly, then blow out the flame and inspect the plastic light pipe next to the wick to see if it has a large blackened "mushroom cap" head on it. If so, this head needs to be trimmed off with nail clippers or small scissors.
Q. The flame on my candle is very small. What should I do?

Q. The flame on my candle is very high. What should I do?
A. Blow out the flame and wait for the pool of wax to cool down and harden. Remove any debris from the top of the candle. Inspect the wick. If it is over 1/2" long and curling to one side, then trim the wick to 1/2". Relight and enjoy.
Q. Why should I keep the candle in darkness when not it use?
A. The candle uses a unique activation method which turns the color light show on when the light from the candle’s flame is detected. In addition, bright fluorescent, incandescent and sunlight can also activate the color light show. When the candle is not in use it is important to store it in its original box or in a dark area to avoid accidental activation.
Q. How do I dispose of the candle?
A. Since the candle is a battery operated product it cannot be incinerated. Please dispose of the candle in accordance with your local laws and regulations for products containing batteries.
Q. Do you make scented Colorfusion candles?
A. This is the first generation of Colorfusion™ candles. In the future we will be offering uniquely scented candles as well as unscented.
Q. Do you make Colorfusion candles in other sizes?
A. On our site we offer a 2” x 4” round pillar, a 3.5” x 3.5” x 4” square pillar and a 3.5” x 4” Heart on Heart pillar. Additional sizes and shaped candles will be added in the future. Please check our web site periodically for new models.
Q. What is the candle's burn time?
A. The candle will burn for 40-45 hours and the light show will last for approximately 25 total hours.
